After intercepting a drug shipment from Thailand and discovering five bodies among the illicit cargo, Special Agent Andrew Kang (D.Y. Sao) arrests an international drug cartel operative from Los Angeles (Brian Le) and takes him undercover in Bangkok. The criminal underworld.
