Eliot called Gerontion (the name means «little old man» in Greek, and the poem is an internal monologue, reflecting the opinions and impressions of an elderly man who describes Europe after the First World War through the eyes of a man who lived most of his life in the 19th century). John le Carré' would be happy with this spy thriller. It’s a very mature script, and it’s not afraid to spend time revealing the story and intrigue.
I always liked John Magaro
Michael Fassbender is ideal for the main role of the Martian. Jeffrey Wright, always terrific, is superb in this challenging role of Harry Ogletree. It’s nice to see Richard Gere again as head of the London office after he thought Hollywood had turned him down. Jodie Turner-Smith is well suited to the role of Sami Zaheer.
You will have to get used to its rhythms and nuances, not to chases and skirmishes!
I mentioned John Le Carré at the very beginning, because the action of this series is like a great spy novel.
